1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Verification

4.3 Account Responsibility

5.2 Withdrawals

Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months may be subject to an administrative fee of PHP 100 per month deducted from the account balance. phi77 will provide notice via email prior to imposing such fees. This fee is intended to cover costs associated with maintaining dormant accounts and complying with regulatory obligations regarding inactive player funds.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of phi77 services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of phi77 services, you agree to first contact phi77 customer support to seek informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

11.3 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of phi77 services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Manila, Philippines, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

12. Account Termination

phi77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, including but not limited to situations where phi77 believes you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued access poses risk to phi77, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination for cause, all balances, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited at phi77's sole discretion. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support, provided all pending wagers are settled and any active bonuses are forfeited. Upon voluntary account closure, your remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you following completion of identity verification procedures, subject to any applicable withdrawal fees.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Severability
